That was before my time but I love that song, one of the best drum solo's of all time.

Story goes the dude from Iron Butterfly that wrote that song finished writing it one night and got completely wasted. The other guys from the band came back to the studio late one night and asked him what the name of the song was that he was playing. In his drunken stupor he tried to say "In the Garden of Eden" and all they heard was IN A GADDA DA VIDA. I heard the band tell this story on a radio interview when I was a kid in the 80's lol.
