Berts Blackwidow in Port Charlotte Florida, my Dad and I are in there looking at the pretty new bikes. Fat sales dude with fuzzy face walks up and ask if we need any help, I say yeah how much is lasts year Street Glide CVO? It was the whiskey brown something and it looked nice. Fuzzy face starts going off about, he aint going over to the sales managers desk and asking for a price, unless im "in the system"... Clearly he didn't know me and I hadn't been in there since covid, but I'm "in the system" big time. Another sales dude walk up and says "were not supposed to quote prices on the floor.... But he did say it was $52,000. And now the woke **** with some German dude that ran a shoe company. I'll probably never buy a bike from a Harley dealer... I found the the Euro trash dealers are way easier to deal with, even purchased a few over the phone with less than 5 minutes talking price. Harley your dead to me!

I stopped to get oil, filter, oring for my Pan America at my local Saturday. The 2 guys had no idea what to do. No idea what filter or oil. They throw M8 filter and oil on the counter and said here ya go.
i mentioned the pan am has its own oil and filter, he grabs a book and disappears for 10 min. Luckily he come out-with the correct parts. 3 years now and they dont know oil and filters.
