They put my new speakers in for free when they had to replace my radio under warranty. They could have charged for the speakers and they didn't so they are OK in my book so far.

For me it is Golden Gate Harley Davidson, they are in Corte Madera and Novato Ca they get (*****) so far, they are helpful, informative, and you get treated like one of the family.

 

Did I explain that on a Friday afternoon at 2:00 on the way back from 105th, back tire needed replacing to complete ride to SA, Myers-Dunn H-D put me ahead of the line, since I was on the road. The other Dealer's, where I stopped first, service manager told me his shop was too busy with other bikes to help, although I had to go around 4 service tech's BS'ing in the wait area to get to him.

Fine example, of One Dealer who cares and one dealer who want to sell shirts (Route 66).

These guys have been around longer than I have. One of the first in the U.S.A. Had stories of the Banditos running it years ago, I'd trust a biker to work on my bike.

I got my bike back from Sunrise Harley today and I am satisfied with service, tech, and the time they had my bike to repair it. Honestly, I'm shocked. I told Dave in service that I felt like a new father who just gave his baby to a crack ho to baby sit. I don't know these people, but they did a good job and it turned out fine.
Once again, I'm gald I bought a Harley. Extended wannanty covered the cost.

 

I got an 09 Road Glide from David at Barger HD in Southern California. I told him that was trying to sell my 03 Sportster. A few weeks later he calls my house phone, cell phone and work phone. I pick up on my work phone and he lets me know that a lady in his dealership is looking for a used Sportster and that I should talk to her. Wow, I'm sure he could have tried to push her into getting a new one, but he called 3 different numbers for me to give me a chance to sell mine to her. He is a great guy and always looks out for his customers. For that alone I would give the dealer and dealership ***** stars, but every time I come in, I have a great time with everyone and they are quick on free tech tips and are not trying to rip me off or upsell me on gear that I don't need.

So for Barger HD I give them *****+ stars.
