I dont see a signature for you @FLASH1970 , but glad you had a good experience with them.

I've been thru that area many times on my way to Sturgis, one time they did a 1K service for me en route. Nice folks.

Just wanted to let everyone know I had a great experience at Shoreline HD in Long Branch NJ. Sales guy was Dan, super nice no pressure and knew the product. Tiny is the parts guy and was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Phil is the service manager and was great for working with me to do the Stage 2 and a small leak. All were great would def recommend them.

Hellbender HD in Marietta Georgia is still selling all tires at 30 % discount and installation is $60.
I had a new rear tire installed yesterday for the ride to Daytona

Default Empire Harley NY

I just had a good experience over at Empire Harley in New Rochelle, NY. Everyone there was friendly, professional and patient with me. They worked with me and I got a good deal on a leftover 21. They gave me a decent price on my trade in and arranged pickup of it and delivery of my new bike, great service.

Javelina, Boerne TX

Went out of their way on multiple occasions, opened on a Sunday just to deliver my bike which was a surprise as I was in the motorcycle safety class at the time. They made the occasion very special by having a big group of riders there to add on to the surprise. (Chris - Sales)
Got a great deal on the bike and very generous offer for a car I traded in. (Gino - Finance)
And even better deal on 2 sets of full riding gear. (Candace - Merchandise)

Very welcoming bunch

Picked up a 2019 Freewheeler for my wife from Riding High HD in High Point NC. Great experience from start to finish; we were both very happy with the transaction and the people we interacted with.

Default If you can even find dealers

Used to you bought a touring harley to travel the country. But harley is downsizing. Which means the little family owned dealership is being told to close. Many that i have stopped and used are no longer there. But those big dealerships that are owned by car dealerships are open. Over priced. Charges on top of charges. I will never own a new harley ever again. When i travel i take the less traveled roads. Last year on my travels to northwest. Corner of Illinois. Needed a tire. 5 dealerships closed. Drove a few hundred miles on a bad tire to get it replaced. Then in july i bought a rivival. One month later they closed. No i am done. The bikes get less standard equipment. And big dealerships add cost on top of cost. No wonder people are buying indian

Welcome to HD forums, glad you got that off your chest. Don't think this is the right place for your post, but hey, why not, eh?

Default Dealerships

Over my 40 years of riding. Many good dealerships have been closed by the company. Its not the dealerships are the problem. Its the people who still think they care about you. 15 hogs. No more. Yes as you want to know good and bad. Well most of the good have been closed. Hico wv. Stanton va to name two. But hey keep thinking they are for you.
