Z&M Harley Davidson, Greensburg PA. One of a number of dealers in the Greater Pittsburgh area, but the best in terms of used inventory and low-pressure sales. Family atmosphere and nice people...two other dealers are closer, but they get my business.

 

Just bought my 2021 SG from Rockys in London Ont. Blown away on how we were treated from start to finish. Best buying experience I’ve ever had. Worth the 1.5 hr drive when my local dealer is 15mins away.

 

Zumbro's and Mcmahan's were snow bird neighbors of my parents. Nice people.

Ive had great experiences with Mikes HD in New London Ct. Very easy and pleasant to buy from and their Service and Parts guys are good too. No problems at all to report there.

 

Mikes is the best. I just bought another bike from them. They always take care of me...sales, service and parts. It’s just a great place to hang out (better before COVID of course). A bit of a hike for me but it’s worth it.

plus 20%.

Fantastic dealer to work with! All great people, service is good and they treat you like family.

 

Not entirely a dealer but one is involved. I ordered new Legend shocks from my local dealer and I had the wrong part number. I ordered the heavy duty springs. Emailed a bit with Jared at Legend about the issue. They offer a spring swap for about 30 and 25 between the shipping and the change. Awesome to work with him on this.

But wait, it gets better. I asked Jared about a straight swap (I just picked up today and new in the box). More or less I’ll cover the shipping and it will be done.

But wait, it even gets better than that. When I picked them up at the parts desk, Cozhiar offered to exchange and cover the cost.

I declined the offer, wasn’t going to change timing and it was my mistake. Two upstanding companies, one a dealer and one a vendor that both stood up. I appreciate that and will keep that in mind in the future.
