+1 on Susquehanna Valley HD in Harrisburg, PA I ride though that area atleast twice a year and always stop .

I wanted to give kudos to Southern tier HD in Binghamton NY I had a shifter shaft strip in the middle of no ware Northern PA and the closest dealer ( Southern Tier HD) was 35 miles away , they took me in right away and pulled the part of a new bike cause they had none in stock. I was back on the road in less than 90 minutes. They even did a recall i was unaware of without being asked.

 

Was at Buddy Stubb's Harley in Phoenix (Cave Creek Road location). Very friendly staff, have a great museum onsite. Dwight in the museum was a great guy and spent over an hour showing my wife and I the bikes and chatting about them. Don't usually buy dealer shirts but purchased a couple in appreciation.

 

They stepped up to the plate very quickly to resolve an issue with the OEM tour pack light bar on my '15 FLHTKL. Seems the light bar is on indefinite back order (meaning an updated version is in the works) and the only two in TX were being held on to by the dealers that had them. G M said take one off a new bike ! Cool ! Now that is outstanding service above and beyond.

 

If you live in Perth Australia then head on to Fraser Harley very good dealership, great customer service and they have looked after us on our purchases with 3 Harleys (Sportster 72, Street Bob, Breakout, and Ducati Panigale 1299s).

Their service department as well as the parts department are also excellent.

We are going back next year to buy an 899 Panigale for my wife if she haven't already decided to upgrade her 2015 Kawasaki zx10r to a 2016 model

 

Harley Davidson of Charlotte provided me with a good experience. After years of riding metric bikes, I decided to see what the H-D fuss was all about. I had a budget and did not want payments. H-D of Charlotte respected that, and didn't try to pressure me into a new bike purchase, or even a pre-owned outside of my budget. I am well pleased with the outcome!

There are 2 HD dealers in Perth I highly recommend the store located in Dianella (Fraser's Harley Davidson).

We have bought 3 brand new bikes from them in the past 2 years, they have never ripped us off with the purchases. The parts guys and girls as well as the service guys and girls are all very friendly, they have never ripped us off with servicing or buying parts and they always give us discounts.

We were pleasantly surprised they gave us brand new demo bikes for loans when ever we go in to service our bikes - how can you beat that? Mercedes Benz dealers gave us sweet FA for loan cars and they are more than willing to rip us off with servicing and the spare parts are always a rip off at Mercedes Benz Dealerships.

The only negative thing i could say about HD at Dianella is they go through so many salespeople - we just wanted to buy from the same sales person but each time we go in to buy the sales people that were there are all gone

Come on Fraser Harley *get your act together this is bad image when you are going through so many sales people !!!!

 

St. Charles Harley has been good to me. I've bought one used and one new from them, and I'm sure they made some money on me but I didn't leave with a sore hiney. ( buying on the last day of the month helps). Good parts personnel and a good inventory of new and used bikes.

 

Peterson's HD of Miami (the North Store) did a an excellent 5000 mile service for me with a couple of warranty items. I made an appointment since I live south and they did a good job getting me in and out. Very friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Which was the total opposite of my experience with the South Peterson's where the service section has a bad attitude and worse mechanics. One of which grossly overfilled the oil on my Road King at the 1000 mile service. Incredible.

Take the ride up to the North Store and save yourself much aggravation.

 

Great experience with Paradise Harley in the Portland area. First rate sales and finance folks. A+
