Default Thunder MTN Harley brings the thunder in CO

Thunder MTN Harley in Loveland, CO. Awesome and personal sales associate. My guy, Mike totally hooked me up and gave me all the information i needed without being pushy or over the top. He and the thunder mtn team moved at my pace. Now its one of my favorite places to go when i get the time.
5 out of 5 stars!

Default Quaid Harley Temecula (New Owner)

Last Friday a buddy and I went for a ride. Food, laughs and a few beers got back on the bike it started right up and died. Tried starting it again and it would not fire. Towed it home messed with it until 2:30am nothing. Towed the bike to Quaid at 10:00am, they got the bike in and I was out by 3:30pm. It was a bad wire to the fuel pump in the tank. $140 total bill!!!! So happy.

Toad Suck HD Conway Arkansas gets ***** for the work they did for me this week. Prior to Monday I have bought 5 bikes from 1 of their 3 story over the last 5 years. Working in the oilfield caught up with me last Thursday and due to the poor market right now my company did some laying off and demoting. I still have a job but at a heavy decrease in wages. Traded in my 96 Vetted and my wife's 15 Denali Thursday after everything went south for an 1500 SLT. That saved us 500+. Managed to cut another 200+ by modifying my cellular plan. I took my 09 Road King to Toad Suck HD on Monday and explained the situation to them. When I left I was on a 13 Road Glide Custom with only 15000 miles and around 10k in addons. Payment was $16 less than I was paying. They got the loan through a bank I had done business with before at 3.9% interest compared to the 9.65 HD offered. My credit score is over 750. I was given contact info to change my insurance. That move was what made the sale and earned them the 5th *. The insurance tip saved me over 600 a year.

Went to Danbury Harley yesterday and today for some parts. I spent less than $200 total. The guys at the parts counter were welcoming and on the ball! Great customer service, and a friendly atmosphere. Thanks!

Default '14 ultra classic

the wife and I were on way from Chicago to sturgeon bay in door county. after a lunch stop/museum visit in Milwaukee the retaining ring/cover for the passenger headset fell off as I was attempting to plug in the headset for the wife and got pushed into the speaker cavity. stopped at route 43 Harley about 25 miles north of Milwaukee to get it put back on so she could use the headset. walked in and the service manager says "sorry im done for the day" after explaining what I needed. it was only 1pm!. I told him it would take 10 minutes, and could I ask the mechanics(2) in back if they could help me. one says nope im busy, the other said sure its a 3 minute job. just before I left I slipped him $10 bucks and told him to have a cold one or two on us. that mechanic will never know how happy he made me, not having to listen to wifey bitch about no intercom or music in the headset all the up there and back!

Two thumbs up for Pocono Mountain Harley-Davidson in Stroudsburg, PA. They made my first service experience at at HD dealership a good one.

Went in for a set of OEM tires. They didn't mind if I brought my own, but they sell theirs at 20% off, so I bought from them. Reasonable cost to mount and balance. Test ride showed loose steering. They tightened that up and took another test ride, about a half hour extra, and they also replaced a broken clutch spring, which was another 15 minutes. But they only tacked on $20 for the extra 0.75 hr of labor.

They gave me a thumbs up after the second test ride, and I've been riding my new (used, private sale) bike with confidence ever since. I couldn't be happier. They will definitely be my go to place for service in the future, even though an hour away.

I've generally had poor experiences at Adam Smith's Texas harley, but last weekend they did me solid.
Went in for 30k service, they sold new new tires with free installation, new rear brake pads, and then called me about a new motor mount and intake gasket, concerted by warranty.

Was going to take the whole weekend to get it all done, so they gave me a free rental on a 2015 road glide
