The best dealer I have dealt with is Monterey H-D in Salinas Ca. They went above in beyond on a number of occasions. 5 star rating in my book: I just wish they were closer to my home as I am 300 miles south of them.
The folks at both Erle Smalls HD of Marietta and HD of Cartersville here in GA. I bought my bike in Cartersville though I live closer to the Marietta dealership. Gives me a good reason to visit both. The people there are friendly and the service at both is top notch.
WORTH HARLEY in Tiffany Springs Missouri. Great think for out of owner's coming to Kansas City. They are a couple miles from the airport. Easy access to a rental. Have multiple great stories for the dealer but will save you the time. In the end, they are a big dealer and still have the mom and pop attitude when dealer with customers.
Twin Cities Harley Davidson North (Blaine MN), those guys are great and go out of their way. Originally used the largest dealer in the area, but got tired of the attitude.
Had a great experience with MS Coast Harley Davidson (Biloxi, MS) today. From the BS that I put up with from the Honda shop before I got my RKC I was kind of skeptic. I was having a front docking hardware install since it was a PITA trying to do it myself. The service totally great!
Space Coast HD in Palm Bay Florida is a 5 star dealer in my book. Great selection, generous deal, very accommodating and I have recommend them to anyone who's in the market.
Century HD in Medina OH has always treated me well. When I bought my bike they took around to all depts. introduced me to all. I received Free t- shirt and vip card for future purchases(25%). They know me when I come in the door. IMOP first class all the way.
