I haven't been because I figured it would be too bright for oncoming traffic but since alot of you folks do it w/o a problem I think I'll give it a shot. If it stops one cage from pulling out in front of me and ruining my day, the cost of replacing bulbsmore frequently will be worth it.

A high beam in daylight won't blind anybody I guess because of the light background. I had a guy from the dealer follow me home on my bike, he had the low beam on and it just looked orange in my mirror alway used the high after that

Not only do I run high beams during the daytime, I also run two 55w AMBER motolights. Looks like the Sun coming at you. If it pisses you off, GOOD!, then you saw me. Never had anyone flash me, so it must not be blinding.

Noted that some say they run high all the time. I do not if it's dark or near dark. that would blind oncoming traffic.

I use my spots and low beam on my E-Glide. I use my high beam during daytime riding on my BMW.
