Nobody ever melt some of these things on heads or pipes? Seems the real stuff is heat resistant too. Nobody has mentioned that.

I also love tourmaster. I have a Harley rainsuit, which cost more, however I like my son's and wife's tourmaster better. It has bibs with suspenders and a nice jacket. we bought each at around $50 on sale at the local BMW dealer.

Got my rain suit at Cabela's years ago. Mainly for fishing, but works out fantastic on the bike. Cabela's(gore-tex I believe)brand bibs, and a parka style jacket. Keeps me dry, cuts the cold air, breathes well. Has velcro on the cuffs to cinch things up if need be. They've got quite a selection on their website. You get what you pay for. Went cheap for a few years and they didn't last.
