Screaming Eagle 50mm throttle body

Can I put a Harley Davidson Screaming Eagle 50mm throttle body with the SE injectors on a stock 88 engine?
I know on cars you can get a way with it as long as you have the exhaust to flow.
2 into 1 exhaust, full race program with a Dynojet installed for fine tuning.
Let me know if I am going to screw-up here!

Why do you want to do this? More performance out of an 88? if thats the case, save the money on the trottle body and get some S&S 510g cams (or andrews equivelent 37G I believe) and youll get way more power for your buck. About 10-12 hp and tq. for less than a grand.
