I certainly don't want the service dept to get a hit because of the dumb bimbo in their actg area. And I would have assumed that if they really cared, the multiple calls from Harley corp and the conversation with the GM would have had them on the phone with me. It was my first dealing with getting corp involved and although they seemed to truly care, it didn't make one bit of difference with the dealership.

Hmm...I am thinking that chat with the service mgr might be the best idea...even if I don't send in the survey.
