bought new street glide sit pretty good on the stock seat butt the seat is wide and i feel like i am riding a cow i want a seat that is real narrow and will get me closest to the ground i am 5ft 6' i would perfer a harley seat thanks for your help.

Badlander, if they make it for your bike. Low. Comfy and has the Harley name stitched on it. Check with your dealer or take a peek on Ebay.

If you would consider aftermarket seats, the Mustang daytripper will solve your problem.

Mustang has an excellent selection of styles and variety .. so do others just prefer mustang myself...

Take theseat to an upholstery shop and they can usually shave it down a bit, maybe even reshape the existing pan for you, for much less than a new seat. Otherwise, spend the money on a quality saddle and you'll be much happier next year.

Had my Ultra Classic seat redone at http://meancitycycles.com/. Pain of it is, gotta wait till spring to try it out now!

I have fix my own seat. It's not a big job. Think about what you want. size, shape and cover. Foam or gel. leather or other. color? Take old seat off. Turn over see stapes. remove and at the you will need use a stape gun. Shape foam height plus add some. Test alot of times then put back together. To hard take to anupholstery shop.

I had the same issue on my 07 street glide. I actually purchased 2 seats. One is a HD seat and the other is a Danny Gray seat. I actually may sell the HD seat for $150.
