Scorpion Helmets-Opinions?

RE: Scorpion Helmets-Opinions?
I have an EXO 400. It fits good, looks good, feels great for a full face. Good in cold weather. I have not noticed the wind problems other people have. I have tried many full face helmits and this is the only one that doesnt make me look like im wearing a large Mellon or Marvin the Martian when I put it on.

I searched high and low and bought a scorpian full face when I road the sport touring bike. I came to the conclusion that it offered the biggest bang for the buck. Make sure you fit test before buying online though...they're sizing runs on the small side

I'm not familiar with the Scorpion. My only advice is don't buy a helmet thru the internet without trying it on first. Fit is too important to take a chance.
I found a Ducatti dealer that handled the Nolan I have and once I was comfortable with knowing what size to get I ordered one over the internet.

Even though the Scorpions are manufactured in China, the parent company is Korean. Most Korean helmets run a size smaller than you're used to and they're definitely rounder than many. The LAH's I was handling had the same traits, anyone used to a Nolan or AGV, had to get 2 sizes larger. Can't find the "beat a dead horse" icon, so I'll just have to type it out. NEVER BUY A HELMET THAT YOU HAVEN'T TRIED ON! Even if you tried the same make/model and order a different color or find it online for cheaper. Buy the one you try.

I wish I would have seen this thread before I bought my EX-1000. The2xl is so tight that it feels like Andre the Giant squeezing my head. Oh well they don't makea 3xl so I'll try to sell mine to a friend that wants a scorpion helmet. It should fit him well.
