Just got home with the wife from a nice little ride. It was a bit brisk by CA standards but I had a blast. There is nothing that beats racing down the road at 60 next to your wife with her egging you on...[8D]

I did...Third day in a row with this Sunny warm spell in Va. 70's which is a great break for January for us... 530 miles in three days and still manage to work...

 

I ride damn near everyday , even last week when temps here in Tampa dropped into high 20's.... is a 80 mile round trip to work and I'm too damn cheap to drive the Silverado.... it's pretty much reserved for hauling the racecar , until rainy season , at least (light rain & sprinkles DON'T count , either does only 40% chance)

 

I did too. I'll take a oatmeal cookie with a tall glass of chocolate milk.

 

Looking like I might get a ride in this weekend. Supposed to rain all day tomorrow which will get ride of the salt on the roads, and temps are supposed to be in the 40's for the weekend. If I can get out every two or three weeks in the winter, I'll take that. Beats winterizing the bike for five months.

I went out on Wednesday, 37 degrees, a bit of sun...felt good to be on the bike! it was great after three weeks with about 3 feet of snow ending with flood producing rainstorms...
