Default Windex for chrome?

Seems like I read here that some people use windex to clean their chrome. Seems like an easy way to get the job done. Any users? thanks

Windex is fine. Where you can run into problems is using papertowels. Papertowels are actually abrasive to chrome and can leave fine scratches or swirl marks.

I have dedicated bathroom towels in the garage, (Actually making them Garage-towels) that get washed after a few uses, to avoid holding dirt or anything that may be abrasive to chrome or paint.

Yes. Works great to clean it, but does not protect it. it's good for "on the road",but you should use something like Flitz or Simichrome once a month or more to protect it.
