American Classic Motors Sucks I ordered exhaust last Thursday called Monday said would ship Tuesday called today Wed. because i never received spipping email and was told not to call again they would be there when they get there.

I have bought 250 things on ebay and never had a problem like this. NO NOT TRUST THEM

I bought V&H Ovals fromACM recentlyfor$399 and that included normalUPS shipping. The said 10 days to ship upfront so I paid instantly and 9 days later they arrived as advertised.

I was 100% satisfied with ACM on my transaction and will buy from them again.

 

Bought a ton of stuff from ACM over last 4 months for my bobber project... no problems.I bought a set of handlebars that just didn't work, had to exchange them... impossible to reach them on the phone, everything has to be done thru emails... but they got exchanged promptly and with little hassle.

I have also dealt with Eastern Performace several times (and have been to their store) with no hassles either. Just bought some stuff thruM&M Cycles too, and their prices and service were great as well.

Maybe I have just been lucky, I dunno.

 

I just got a set of V&H slip ons from ACM, and had no trouble. I got the tracking number within3 days, and pipes came 2 days after that.

 

Re ACM..
I emailed them about a saddle that they had listed for an 08 touring bike..the picture of the saddle's underside quite clearly showed a pre 2008 tab mount.

I received a surly response that the saddle was indeed a 2008. I responded that the pictured item surely wasn't. Another surly response that the part number was right. I said "OK...but I was looking at the picture which you represented as the saddle being sold. And it is not a 2008."

Turns out they had a photo series of the saddle (pre 2008) and put it in their ad. I finally got the info I needed, but I did not like the tone of the conversation.
