No problems here either. Check their eBay feedback too!

Thanks for all the input. I contacted them via email and they don't ship to FPO's.
I'm military overseas and need to find a good price from folks that will ship to me.

Thanks again.

Same problem, here. But I've had good luck with Eastern Performance, M&M [ http://www.mandmcycles.com/ ] and Zanotti's. All three have no problem shipping to APOs.

I've ordered from ACM, and even been to their shop, as they're less than an hour from me. There was little if any inventory ofnew parts to be seen. They do, however, have an impressive selection of motorcycles in stock (used) that are for sale.

Like most parts sellers on Ebay, you order from ACM, and they place an order with their vendors, who ships directly to you.

I ordered wheels, tires and tubes from ACM on a saturday and had them, via ups by thursday that same week.

Who I DID have issues with, was Cyclewarehouse, in Butler, PA. Same thing: Place an order and they place it with their vendor. After 2.5 weeks, I didn't have my tail light. I called and they apparently "lost my order", but would submit it promptly. They areed to cancel my order, (already got one in days from JP Cycle) and I left Positive feedback, as at least they were willing to work with me and give me a full refund.

The best way to deal with them . Send an email . With the part numbers & prices. Ask if they have this in stock . Every time I have emailed or talked to them on the phone , And they said they have the part . I rode over and picked them up !
I even bought A bike from them . I never had A problem with them .
But some have !

I just got a seat from them & everything was fine. Sometimes they take 3-4 days to ship. I don't have a problem with that but some people do. You know, it should always ship the same day the auction ends. When buying from a seller as large as ACM, sometime there are hicups but overall they seem to be aexcellent seller.

I have never usedAmerican Classicbut have heard both good and bad. I have used Eastern Performance a few times and have been completely satisfied with the transaction . . . all orders were on my doorstep in two or three days at most.

I bought a set of Rush mufflers from them off Ebay for my kid's Sportster last month. I would recommend you email beforehand to see if they have what you want in stock. (Although they told me they had my item "in stock" I think they actually had it shipped from their supplier as they were clueless about the shipment status when I asked about it a few days after ordering.)
I never received any kind of shipment notification, so in that regard their communication skills are a bit lacking, but it only took a few days for them to arrive after I ordered.

Other than their exhibiting poor communication on order status I have no other complaints...

I have heard complaints about both places. I have bought from both places without EVER haveing a problem with either one.

If I was you, I would just look at each of their feedback ratings, and go from their.....between that and the info you get here, you should be able to make a decision.

Personally.....I dont think you would have a problem with either one.
