You can't decide which means more to you? Two babies or a f'n motorcycle?

well only you can decide, how would you feel if a police officer had to knock on your front door late at night to let your family know you won't be home any more. think about it just for a few weeks then it should be rideable weather, maybe you can handle your bike but you won't see black ice till it's too late, it's not the sliding that hurts, it what stops you (car / truck /bus) that hurts just give it a rest to warmer nights. sorry

You appear to be very aware of the dangers of riding on salt and ice and keep wanting people to tell you it's all right. It's a real simple answer but you just don't want to hear it.

So let me give you the answer you want.....no dear those pants don't make your *** look fat.

Best tip I can give is dont do it. Ive rode motocross for 10 years now and I still dont have the confidence to flirt with that disaster on the road.

I used to ride in snowstorms many, many years ago. Now, wouldn't even consider it. Only you can decide. The weather changes enough, if you miss riding one or two days it's not a big deal. Being laid up for weeks/months and then having to wait a long time to replace your bike is something to factor in. Been there, done that!

Hey I live in KC and I'm riding this wekend. I think most are confused about your question. Your not riding on ice just the left over salt from the last snows we had a week ago. Just be careful on side roads where the salt builds up it's just like sand and dirt in the spring. It will be in the 60'S IF THE WEATHER GUY is right. No ice but alot of melting snow and left over crud from the snows. I'll be out and I just winterized mine last weekend. Good luck be safe and you will be fine. Tom
