don't mean to hijack but do adjustable pushrods normally keep their adjustment or is it something you have to periodically go back and readjust?

Normally, but sometimes if you don't get them good and snug they can come loose. Some folks have blue loctited them, but I don't. I just reef on 'em real good

I had an adjustable come loose after it had been in for 2k miles. I doubt if it not being tight enough was the problem to begin with. I don't think it would have gone 2k before loosening. At any rate, after that I put blue Loctite on them.
