Kid Rock is a good dude who puts on one hell of a show. Like Hwkdrvr said he supports the troops big time and not just by saying he supports them but by playing shows and visiting them all over the place. I'd pay big bucks to see Rock.

I'd like to see both - and I respect Rock more now (I mean, you gotta give props to someone who looks like that and gets Pam A) that I know he supports the troops so strongly.

ORIGINAL: chiabate

At least it's not Elton John. The Tix for Billy Idol at the Marcus during the 100th were sold out. You'd figure somebody with a pulse would have figured that one out! Instaed we all thought the stones, or Seger coming out of retirement, etc. And we ended up with the queen of england!
I was at that Billy Idol Show at the Marcus... It wasn't really packed. It was still a GREAT show! I'd go just to see Aerosmith although Kid Rock isn't a bad act either.

I tossed Kid Rock'sfirst CD in the can because it was un-listenable due to foul language and degrading lyrics. I'm not a prude - I played in a rock band back in the early 80's. When he's on TV and sings the edited versions, he's amazing. He can play all instruments. He supports the troops and respects the past (He digs Skynyrd).

Was hoping for Bob Seger - him and Kid Rock would have been an awesome show. They did a song together on the Seegs last CD. I will probably still go even though I am not a big Aerosmith fan. Good times and only $25 bucks - hard to beat.

Kid Rock is one of the best cocerts that comes or goes.I seen him in Colombus several years ago and that dude has talent.I don't care what it is(instrument) that dude can play it.He puts on a hell of a show too.
