Interesting. Saw the weigh- in & press conferences and the "Bar & Shield" was readily displayed behind the podium. Maybe GSP and Silva will get new Harleys for knocking the crap out of Hughes and Liddell.

 

They should get behind more sports. Certainly the right demographic.

 

I see both good and bad in this.

Maybe with more sales,they will lower the prices on some of the chrome shiz(although highly unlikely).

Everyone who rides one might think they are a tough guy(like this isn't happening already).

 

As a little add on, I noticed there's an HD ad on the UFC website, too.

I think it's a smart place for them to spend some advertising bucks. Definitely the right demographic and a way to get their product in front of a younger crowd. They should give away one of their newer models (i.e. Rocker, Fat Bob, or Nightster) to the winner of the main event tonight. That would be worth the free publicity and maybe get a few younger people riding crotch rockets interested in a Harley.
