same here I have bought tires , carb, pipes and a/c off the guy never a problem and always on time , but I know several guys over on the xl forum who say they had trouble.

 

I've always had good luck with them. I would buy from them again.

There's a long thread over in the Dyna Forum of folks that had problems with ACM. I've never seen a bad word about Eastern Performance. That's who I'd use.

 

I bought My pipes and a couple other things from this guy. Never a problem!!

 

I did one deal with them that I'm happy with. It did take a bit longer than a week to receive the item, butit also said thatit would take up to two weeks in his ebaydescription.
I bought an outer primary cover from them for $74.85 with shipping, That was similar to what HD dealer wanted $340 for at the dealership.
For the savings I got I'd do business with them again, but if I needed faster shipping and wanted to pay more I'd go elsewhere. No complaints from me.

I also have had no issues. They are a bit slow.

I have seen a lot of threads about ACM. It seems that when there is a problem, it getts handled poorly.

 

I read some of their feedback regarding customer complaints and they have a very unprofessional tone, calling customers moron and the like. But they have an overall outstanding seller rating and many satisfied customers here on the forum.

Sometimes if the price is right people are willing to put up with certain things like slow delivery and poor customer service. Depends on the individual.

 

Hindsight is 20/20 but Fuelmoto has them for $269.00

Any kind of bigger ticket items, especially with a warranty, I would consider a certified distributor.
