As for the consideration in neighborhoods goes... As soon as I leave the city streets and enter residental (sp) areas I mellow it out to not make my neighbors freak out. We have a few metric bikes around here that do that as it is, I don't need to add to it. Besides, they can say "There goes that nice guy on the black Harley.
