I agree how much more comfortable having the boards moved out. I made my own extensions and love how much more comfortable the ride is now. I also extended my shifter 2 1/4" and my brake 2". Big difference. One thing I have noticed. I had a hard time getting neutral. With the extended shifter it is now a snap to find. I am not sure why but I like it!

Hard to believe how much difference something so simple can make. I have a size 14 shoe and I am 6'8". They made a world of difference for me. Money well spent!

Why HD puts those floorboards like that I don't know. But glad Harleygoodies has the solution for it. Love mine. Feet are in a much more natural positionnow. Heels not against the hot pipes and also helps get the thighs away from the hot engine.

Thought I'd have issues with the brake and shifter placement but no problem.

Installed the kit on an '08 Deluxe along with the EZ brake and shifters. Money well spent - no complaints here.

I'm glad to see that my product has worked for so many people here. I do want to say that it is not necessary to get the extended brake and/or shifter pedal. There is less range of motion required to get to the stock brake pedal with the extensions as you no longer need to move your foot from underneath the pedal up and over it to hit the brake. All you need to do is move your foot up and over.

However, many people do put on the EZ brake extended brake pedals in combination with my product. I have never felt the need for an extended shifter either, but it sure does look nice.

Respectfully,

Tom
