I don't own one piece of Harley apparel, personally.

Funny, though, at Bergen HD about 1/4 of the space is now HD stuffed animals for kids.

Guy walked into a biker outlet a couple of weeks ago... Bought a helmet, jacket, chaps & gloves... Then he asked the owner where he could buy a bike... no lie...

Harley & the stealers are all about making money (wouldn't you be?)... Advertising wise, if they can get you into the stealership to look at gear, they can catch you looking at bikes and give their pitch... First they gotta get people without HDs onto the floor... If you owned Harley Stock you'd be happy with the ads...

No biker lifestyle! Only HD marketing!

Nope, not too sensitive. Posers are easy enough to spot, but what the heck, they are just lame people.

Well, not necessarily anybody who buys an HD jacket is a poser... After all HD does make excellent leather clothing. I never bought one, but would understand a fan of the moco who, though not owning a bike, would buy one. I think that being a poser is more in how you act rather than in how you dress. But these are just my two cent...probably worth even less given my nonexistent biker bg.

Yes, you're a little to sensitive.

I've wanted to own a Harley for over 10 years and couldn't afford one. Doesn't mean Icouldn't wear a HD T-shirt and I actually didhave a couple that I got for my birthday in 2001 and I was proud to wear them evenas I rode my Kawasaki! It made me yearn fora HDthat much more!

Many people love Harleys and don't have one. Some can't afford one, others will never ride.Wearing the logo makes them feel part of the family. I'm sure you all get alot of thumbs up from people standing on the corner or sitting in thier car. Those are the kind that would wear a T-shirt.

The bottom line is Harley Davidson'sout there to generate revenue. We are just a number and onlyappreciated by themwhen we're buying something.

Don't worry whether that personbuyinga logo shirt or belt buckleowns a bike. You do and that's all that should matter!

A guy at work loves Harley's. He dosn't have one due to $ and family committments. He has a sticker on his truck. I don't think he is a poser. He is a fan of the bikes.

A customer will walk into a Harley Dealership 23 times before purchasing a motorcycle.

That is a very good point. I know lots of people that can't afford Harley's but they love them just the same. If they want a shirt, let em wear a shirt. It's their life, money and body.

I'll just go ride my bike. And yes, I do own lots of HD shirts and I'm wearing my HD boots. The shirts are keepsakes of everywhere I've traveled in the world and the boots are comfortable and I don't like brown boots.
