I don't know how they where about things in the past and this is quite awhile since your original post, but, in dealing with Main Street Motorcycles today for the 1K service on the new Heritage. I'd have to say I really liked them. The service cost me $100 less than most of the dealers wanted for the same service and got Amsoil instead of syn3. John was real friendly and the work was done in a real timely manner.
