I wear a pair of convertibles, goggles when you want or glasses when you want. 3 different lenses that easily pop in and out and you can get your prescription put on all of the lenses (no need for goggles and glasses). I love them, they are affordable and very good quality, oh and they are also SAFETY glasses!!! Here's a link: http://www.bobster.com/catalog/produ...t+%26+Street+2

I found a pair of the "foamies" type sunglasses / goggles at a ricer shop that change from clear to dark depending on the light conditions. I wear them all the time. If I don't, my contacts dry out and I can't see chit.

Not surewhat's up with some of these posts, but goggles are an important item if they are needed. I have a Road King, and it does fine with sunglasses.... I also have a shovel, and if was not for goggles I would have no visibility with the wind I get at times.... Yea I agree, goggles do not look too cool if you wear them while drivingyour cage orriding a Goldwing with so much protection you can not even feel any wind... Ignore the posters who are more worried about how they look for WTB fashion designeradvertisements than they are riding their Harley....

I have a pair of googles that I wear on longer rides and a pair of sunglasses that fit over my perscription glasses. The googles will keep the wind from your eyes. It makes longer trips much more comfortable.
Wear whatever YOU want. You have to make that decision.

As long as they're black and orange with the official HD logo, they're cool.

Nah, that just makes them expensive.

Its dark when I ride to work in the morning and I need some kind of eye protection. Are goggles not cool, should a guy stick with just clear safety glasses.
I wear Rx glasses and wear the goggles over them. These are the ones I bought....and the quality is good as well as the price. They fit well....and they even look cool IMHO. You could also have them fitted with Rx lenses if you wish. I have two pair and several pairs of lenses for each. I would never suggest for anyone who rides to buy polarized lenses though.....they eliminate the ability to see the reflection from the wet or slick spots on the road ahead of you. I have two sets of their clear lenses....and pairs of the Plum color, and one of the dark tint. The fog stopper coating works, but its not 100%. If your interested in some good stuff to eliminate the fogging problem....search the forums there are several threads where some good stuff is linked. I use a product called "Cat-Crap" and it is one of the best products I have found for this purpose.

Click for their web site
I have the same ones with interchangable lenses. They work great and don't look bad. Of course, I don'tknow what "cool" really is so I'm sure I'm not.
