Matco Silver Eagle. Cheaper than Matco (like Snap On's Blue Point) but full lifetime warrenty on ANYTHING with Matco in the name. Got a full set of Torx and security torx, reverse torxs and some hex thrown in for good measure. $100.

Great catch. Sent the OL out to Sears to get two sets... one for me and one for a riding bud.

Should make a nice little Christmas present to us both.

Haha, you beat me to my post. I can see arguing, maybe, the bike lifts but are we really now arguing torx bit quality? I've had 1 socket wrench break in my entire life but never a socket or a socket bit. However, if it ever does, I can afford a new one. At least if you buy it from Sears, they'll replace it if it does break.

Hey, Stanley tools are sold at Walmart and they use a yellow color scheme on all their stuff. Does that mean they are as high quality as the almighty Sears Yellow bike lift?

I've had a set of the Lisle bits and they have served me well since 1993.

Lisle makes very good tools, similar in quality to Snap-on.

Just last month I said these torx wrenches had served me well, a couple of weeks later, one snapped on me with very little torq. Go figger.

My 2ยข on torx head bolts. . . they suck!

Every time I try and either loosen or torque m down they strip. I am in the process of switching over every damn bolt on my scooter to either a 6-point hex head OR Allen head.

Torx can bite me
