does anyone like the 'flat' paintjob?
There are a cpl of '07's at Harv's with the flat paint job. One is blue one is red, I think they look hideous. To me they look like they are not finished. just wondering what others think about it.
disclaimer: if you already bought one i'm not bashing, just wondering.

Seems that the "FLAT" paint jobs used to be for the guys who chopped/cut/fab'ed their scoots in their garage and couldn't afford a high $$ paint job. Easy to shoot?!? Cheap to buy?!?
Then with the recent "chopper" movement (WTF is a factory custom anyhow?!?) the flat paint scheme is en vogue...
So now the MOCO is trying to squeeze every $$ they can out of it..
If you don't like the way it looks, don't look at.
If you like the way it looks, then get u some..

I like the black and I saw a totally blacked-out Street Bob with the pewter - that was a nice combination. The other colors are not my taste.

One thing about Harleys - no two are alike, especially when a new owner gets finished with it.
You see mountains of chrome and high dollar shiny paint and next to that you see flat paint and gobs of high dollar powder coat.
I like all of them.
