Try putting some speakers linke these inside the lining of your cheekpads right over your ears and plugging into the stereo that way. I don't have a tourer but have lsitened to music like this for a long time on bikes with a full face. Before someone brings up the issue of not being able to hear I must say I have not had a problem. Now that Iwear a half helemt I don't bother with the music as it is too hard to hear with the ear buds and the wind. PM me if you want more info.

this is what i do for my stereo.. I hate those big speakers they look horrible... I make them myself they scream! and they are self amplified and work off a i pod or mp3
