I did the a.b.a.t.e. toy run for childrens hospital of philadelphia (chop) a few weeks ago. The local news estimated 80,000 bikes. I had a pretty good time overall. Exceptbeing in the parade route and waiting 3 and a halfhours for that to start. [:@]

 

Ya know, 100K is nothing to sneeze at. But, with 60,000 bikes, that's just a sad amount. Even at 2 bucks a bike, that's 120 grand.

 

Nice pics. The Chicago Toy Run is December 2. Temps will be in the 30's, so we'll be wearing lots more gear than you guys. Here's a pic from last year.

 

Is that a toy run or a gay pride parade. Black and white pic so for all we know, that bike is pink. Aint no guy ridin' bitch with me unless it's Santa - and he better have some good damn toys to give.

 

looks like a lot of fun for a needy cause, great job to all who made it. I wasn't able to attend, I was still up in joshua tree, didn't make it back till last night.
