Don't start it. Just push it to where you need to go. You'll also lose a bunch of weight...or have a heart attack. Either way, you'll save gas.

Don't pick up the 300 lb women to go rideing with you. Stay with something in the 120 lb range. If you still get bad mileage, tell her to get off and push.[sm=biker.gif]

Same way you do in your car. Conservative riding - light on the throttle. Plan your trips to avoid un-necessary mileage. Carry less weight. Keep your speed down. Etc.
But where's the fun in that? Ride it like you stole it and put on as many miles as possible!
