StreetGlide(FLHX) is by far the best for what your looking for. Already has hard bags and handles better then any bagger out there.

A tour bike. Smoother riding suspension......and you DID say you would use the bike for light touring , so that makes it a no-brainer on what you should be looking at.

After my seat mod by Mean City I can ride my EG Classic all day and get right back on it after I am done.
