I bought a Corbin Classic solo a few weeks ago and decided to get the matching passenger pillion to go with it. First off, I love this seat especially with the driver backrest...very comfy and looks killer. I put the pillion on over the weekend since it got up in the 50's and took the gf for a ride. I took the pillion off last night only to find the back of my solo's leather was cut in 2 places where the pillion tab was inserted......&*%# I'm $%#&!!!. This is the one that has a tab that slides into the solo and attaches to the fender in the back. **** poor design if you ask me. No reinforcement of leather in that area. I believe I installed it correctly, I even loosened up the solo first before insertion to make sure I wouldn't damage it. Anyone one else have this problem?. Brand new seat with two cuts......damnit!
