Can't imagine life without a Harley. Why would I want to give up so much fun?

Would you really give up riding motorcycles cause you couldn't ride a Harley? If so then it can't be about riding for you. I've had a whole lot of motorcycles since 1975 I started on aSportster and now on a RoadSlide, also owned a bunch of jap bikesbut had a HD for all but 2years. I can not imagine not owning a bike no matter what the brand.

Not yet, I waited for many years to get my first Harley, and Im on my second one now, I often rode round on bikes and wished they were a Harly! I still get off on the sheer novelty of owning one not to mention it's damned great to ride. I'll buy another one if I ever get rich enough and it'll be a Road King!

 

yeah once when i an 2001 indian scout done up with apes ,ghost flames and a 124 sand s. But after riding a few that were stock it kinda past still like the newer scouts but the newer chiefs are very uncomfortable too ride theres just too muchfront end steer at even higher speeds be cause of the geometry in the front but they do look cool in my opionion

I'ma Triumph man at heart. I do love my Sporty, though. Will my next bike be a HD? Possibly - but it wouldn't HAVE to be.

You know what I think? I think I'm gonna go to the Goldwing forum and ask if their sorry they bought a Goldwing. Sounds like fun doesn't it. At least as fun as this thread! That way I can stir up some sh*t over there Cause... Cause... that would be fun. I know I shouldn't be overly enthusiastic about Harleys, JUST CAUSE I'M ON A F*CKING HARLEY FORUM. I apologize.They would probably tell me over at the Goldwing place, hey, why did you buy one if you don't like it? Then I could say " don't get me wrong, I love my Goldwing, but I'm just sorta sorry I bought one. I just think I should have bought a Harley". And then they would say "that doesn't make sense, you're being an as*hole, go to the Harley forum". Then I could become indignant and sh*t, and argue with them and wallow in the self admiration of how reasonable I am and that only I can breath the rarified air of enlightenment that allows me to like all bikes equally. They would all respect my intelligence and wisdom. Ok. I'm done.
