I will argue that one. Run down into south Texas around the Big Bend area and find some Banditos. They arent exactly like in the movie... They would have killed someone on the spot for cutting brake lines. They have also killed dozens of police officers over the years. I think they're about as close as you can get to the Hell's Angels of yore.
Not to mention what happened here. They don't fool around. And I might add I have respect for.

... at least they kill their own... most of the time...

Gangs in Canada appear to be a lot meaner than in the states.

No, it was Hilarious!!!

So I go out to Madrid while they are shooting this movie to hang out with some friends (we get toknow some of the guys working on the set, they hang out at the bars at night). The Bandidos show up to tell the Disney guys that it's not okay for the Disney Del Fuegos to wear their colors in Bandido territory!

That's hilarious... The Bandidos I guess felt threatened by Disney's rough and tumble fake biker gamg.

Anyway, they worked something out... Thought is was pretty damn funny to see a group of Bandidos riding in to pick on the Disney costume crew though. Gotta protect your turf at all costs, who knows, the Fel Fuegos only started as a Disney biker gang, but if they had been left unckecked they might have take the entire southwest! LFMAO!

Kids running around with guns and pirate costumes [:'(]
Might've been nothing more than a way to enrich the defense fund.
They're still goofy as all gettup, taking themselves WAY too seriously.

"Criminals riding together are a MOTORCYCLE GANG."

...Not sure if I agree. Criminals riding together are criminals....when criminals conspire to commit crime they may be a gang. Ifcriminals ride together why does that make it a "motorcycle" gang....it may just be a club. I'm sure there are gang members that ride bikes.

seems to me that that's just splitting hairs.....
I figured someone would take issue with my statement....which is no problem. Fact is I'm referring to the LE label of GANG vs Club. I'm not in a club but I have seen examples of over-reaction to clubs by LE. The power of RICO is somewhat scary to me and could easily be abused.

If RICO is somewhat scary to you, you should really be concerned about The Patriot Act. The Prez could designate MCs as terrorist organizations and bikers could be locked up without criminal charges and habeas corpus suspended. At least with RICO charges you get your day in court. Jus' sayin'. [8D]

Youquoted just a portion of what I said. That particular poststarted out with "The term "gang" implies organized criminal activity." If the "criminals" (who happen to ride together) are involved in organized criminal activity, why NOT call it a gang?
