Don't pretend to know the Canadian legal system, but what you're talking about is price collusion and intent to defraud customers and probably violating their agreements with HD. In the States, that's RICO laws. If you have something in Canada similar to RICO (our anti-racketeering laws), you have a possibility of legal action.
Good luck.

Why not find a real nice used bike with low miles from a private partyand tell the dealer what you're doing and that they can go f** themselves. No way I'd buy anything from people like that.

Canada......one step above the Aussies on the British food chain.

If I were Canadian I think i would move to the U.S. and become a citizen.

It's Parlimentary horseshit!

Its lies..... HD has said "all HD bikes made are covered by warranty world wide no matter where they were built / sold"

HD isa world wide dealer network and they offerhassless warranty work when touring across the continent. No matter if i break down in Alberta or Florida...

What your hearing is money hungry stealer afraid to deal on customer service and not price point. Useless people who only think of the "how much can we make RIGHT NOW" and not "how many loyal customers can we make for the FUTURE"

Tried, You don't allow working, financially independent white boys into your country. Now if I move to Afghanistan first and apply from there I would probably be in in a minute????

I fully support that motion Mister TraumaKing. You have my vote for Prime Minister.
