How much can you make working at a dealer?
A few of my local dealers are hiring for parts guys and bike sales. anyone know approx what a parts guy would make and how much an average sales guy could expect to make. In the midwest.

Thought about a second job doing that just forextra cash, ideas and discountsbut I figured even with discounts I would spend a lot more than I'm making. Best to avoid temptation.

Guy who sold me my bike became a friend and sells me stuff that comes through the shop cheap.
I saw him the other day and he said he is leaving to sell pontoon boats because sales is so bad at his dealership.

You will be dissappointed.Great way to lose an interest in riding. I only lasted 3 weeks before throwing the towel in...............

If the pay was good, you wouldn't see these guys changing jobs as often as they do. Most dealers pay 12% to 15% of the sales net profit.
