I think I would like a classic style leather jacket. The "Perfecto" seems to be the originial. Do any of you own one? Do you like it?

I was very close to buying a Schott. The leather is top quality as is the craftsmanship. But - they don't have (at least theones I saw) any zippers for ventalation, not do they have padded elbows. To me they are more of a fashion jacket then a protective jacket.

In either case - try calling Herald House leather in NYC - they will give you a much better price than online.

 

But what do they do with the rest of the horse?

yea i wore mine for 20 yrs. Then the dang thing shrank. (thats my story and im stickin to it)

I have a Schott but not a Perfecto. Great jacket. It's starting to shrink a little too... Great jacket made in the USA.
