went on a ride today and decided to stop by the local shop.

some dude was putting little flyers on bike advertising bike details. this little nerd got bent and went over to the guy and it almost went to blows.

the little nerdy guy chilled out and went on his way.

I hada flyeron my bike and just stuck it in my pocket. Not gonna throw a tantrum over that.

 

I don't think I would have a problem with it, but a lot of guys would. By the way Tactical1, awesome signature picture!!!

 

What's the moral of this story? Nerds shouldn't throw tantrums? I don't come unglued because somebody sticks a piece of paper on my bike but nobody should ever screw with another person's bike without asking first. Don't sit on my bike and don't touch the paint. If I do come unglued I don't usually back down.

 

Rule #1,if it ain't your's,don't mess with it! Of course a couple of certain decals on my scoot tend to keep the "touchy/feeley's" at a distance.

the last person who set on my bike uninvited got exactly what they deserved .I stopped to buy a cup of coffee and a couple of guys walked over asking me about my bike . as I was talking toone of them the other said I think I could reach the ground on this and before I could say anything swung a leg over the seat and stuck his bare leg to the muffler as big as the instant blister was im sure he will have a reminder for life not to fck with things that dont belong to you . not to mention his buddy calling him a f,ing idiot.

I figure it is the same as they lame people putting flyers underneath you auto windshield wipers at wal mart.......not the best thing to come along, but I would not get bent if someone happened to put a flyer on my handlebar.....duct tape it to my pipes? WELL THEN!.............
Most people know NOT to sit on another persons bike. Most I have ever had to say
when I noticed someone on my bike( just once)...
"Is this your bike? Then get the FVCK OFF IT!!!"

Most flyers I have ever seen are normally tucked under the seat. Annoying....but no real harm done.

You know...my sports car got rear-ended. Smashed the thing all to hell. I love that car. And for some reason I didn't get out and kill somebody...call me crazy.
Then one day some guy walked up to my bike and the bastard actually touched the handlebar. I walked right up to him and in my big bad *** macho voice I told him...
"You like those bars?" He said Yes Sir. In return to that freaking sarcastic response I really gave it to him. I said "They are Chubby Wild1's".
Guess he got the message because then he said, "Cool man thanks...think I'll pick up a set".

Start to see a pattern?

It's called being a decient human being. People make mistakes.
