Ask yourself how good are you at bsing and weaseling people. If you are very good at these techniques you will fit right in at many stealers.
If on the other hand you prefer to be forthright and honest you might consider another line of work.

I can remember when you could go in a dealership and look at bikes for at least an hour, and no saleshole wouldapproach you. Now if you look at one bike you get at least three salesholes will ask you if they can help you with any thing.. The worm has turned.

Dyna, did you want to know the total volume of the oil tank... or just what the re- fill is for an oil change ?
Also, which tin did you want to know about concerning the thickness ?

Be better off hooking up with the service department. won't take long to learn the "ins and outs" in that department. All you need to know is how to say "ya, that's normal."
