If you want to try to keep the pack together,have everyone stop at a large multi station intersection like suggested.Then you have everyone meet just down the road or at a landmark after they fill up or whatever.
Trying to fill up 50 bikes willnot be easy.

Do not have numerous people trying to use their own card at the same time. it will tie up the lines and shut down the system. Saw it a couple of years ago in CO when about 20 bikes pulled into a trcuk stop and they all went to their own pumps and all used their cards. the manager had to reset all the pumps which did take a while.

The way they do it with Run for the Wall is that each biker brings a wad of cash. The designated gas guy is the first in line and uses a credit card or whatever. Each bike pulls up and the gas guy gasses them up. After the gas up, the biker pays the lead guy the cash for the bike rounded up to the nearest dollar. That's the quickest way to get guys through the gas line. As far as bathroom breaks and sodas, can't help you much there.
