If you like D rings why don't you have them in yer car for yer seat belts.

I prefer the D rings, more comfortable in my opinion.

We use quick release on our helmets. Now there are 2 types out there.
One is all plastic with arelease button in the center on the part that gets inserted. We had these and eventually that button(being plastic) broke.
2nd(and what we have now) the part that gets inserted has2 metal prongs. You have to squeeze the sides to get it to release.This locks more securely and after 3 years has not failed yet.
I occasionally have to adjust the strap. With the d-rings, I felt I was adjusting it every time I put helmet on.

I have the quick release on mine but dont wear it often. No helmet law in AZ so only on in storms and states with lid laws. Ive not had a problem but if i wore it daily i would go for the rings. Just my opinion.
