Default Indy changes tire but does not have a wheel balancer...

What do you think? IS it necessary to get a new tire balanced on an electric balancer or it okay to ahve it done by hand. I just thought about this after getting home from this shop and and have been scratching my head...

Hand is fine if you know what you're doing.

I mount all my own tires (except for this past spring) by hand and never balance. No problems (so far)

All wheel/tires need to be balanced after tire replacement.
The shaft/bearing mount on a standsetup works just as well as a digital spin balance if done properly. IMHO.
