One handed a lot. Keeps my shoulders from aching on long rides. With the cruise control set, I can switch back and forth.

Ride one handed all the time. Usually at speeds less the 70 MPH though and only if traffic allows it. Wish I had cruise control so I can rest the right hand every now and then. I will tell you that little plastic cramp buster works great though.
If I dont have cruise on, I am into the cramp buster.
Cramp busters are one of the best values for a few dollars out there.
I love the crampbuster! Best 10 bucks I ever spent!

Well I am new to riding and I do do it for very short periods at lower speed. My nervs go sometimes just taking my hand off to wave at hwy speeds. "60+" I ride a sporty though with no shield maybe that makes a diffrence or is it just something that comes with learning the bike. Just to me feels like the wind is to strong to safely control the bike with 1 hand. 70+ I dont wave even. Maybe just being a new rider is my problem though.

10 bucks??? ****! I don't like mine that much anymore. I paid 15.00 and to tell the truth, it is worth twice that.

Yeah, it is a new rider thing. As you get more comfortable riding you will find yourself relaxing more and able to do other things easier.
