My condolences for your loss. The actions of your local DA are all too familiar when a biker is killed or injured.

Contact your local District ABATE, and AMA. They have the means to exert a lot of pressure on local politicians, and that is exactly what the DA is, a politician.

Sorry for your loss. My E-Mail was just sent and I hope it gets thru.
Anyone killed in this fasion is just wrong, but unless laws are changed to make it worse for killing a motorcyclist and causing cagers to wake up and pay more attention to the rest of the world using the same roadways, this kind of thing will continue.

 

i'm very sorry for your lost.and the thing is it is happining every where the A.M.A has a thing called justice for all going on to try to stop this and it needs everybody help yes i will go to the web site of your and do what i can i myself was rearended and the person was not tickited.once again i'am very sorry for your loss .

Melanie, My sincere condolences to you and your family. I lost a good friend on a rainy night when a car hydroplaned across the center line into his lane. I hate to hear stories like that. There are just too many of them. The fact that this driver was ticketed for careless driving just adds insult to injury. He killed one of us! Count me in on the e-mail. Hope it helps.
