Rode home from the Nascar race Sunday night. Pouring rain, tornados and 60 mph wind. I didn't see anybody out there.
Maybe they're just smarter than me......

when i pass you poseurs i really don't knowwhat to feel. pity? revulsion? humor?

where are youfair weather actors?
Why do you need to "feel" anything when you pass a "poseur". If someone has a bike they like to ride when the weather is nice and not ride when it's cold or rainy, why does that bother you so much.If they can afford "part time toys" so what. I have a Dyna and a custom and only put on about 6K miles per year. I don't ride in the winter because I prefer not to and I don't like riding in the rain. Do you feel pity, revulsion, humor for the guy posing in his Ferrari?

at the cottage i have a scooter for beach cruisin'. it carries lounge chairs and a cooler and big beach towels. in the snowy months i gear up in a snowmobile suit and soft armour andgauntlet gloves and plow through the snow and sand on my klr 650. big fun. i love the snow.

i don't need to feel anything. it just happens. i just despise arrogance of any kind. maybe the tough guys are simply akin to fear biting dogs.

Lot of Harley 'owners' around here who only ride to the Harley shop now and again, or take their bikes out on a sunny weekend day. So? Many Harley 'owners' bought their bikes just so they could say they had a Harley. It wasn't my money they spent and if they want to look at their bikes in the garage or brag to their friends, what's it to me? I have better things to think about. Ride your bike and don't worry about other riders. Or, don't ride it and still don't worry about what others do.
