No. 1: I like the little screw. I don't have to worry about the unit falling off.

No, 2: I have a lock on the cradle, so I leave it on most of the time.

No. 3: I asked about the screw driver, not the screw.

No. 4: Do you always call people names if they don't conform to your methods?

I like the pita screw also. You can also buy a locking **** for the cradle. I leave the zumo on if I stop for food or a quick store stop. Got the weird little screw, locking ****, and I throw or lock my helmet over it. If I'm gone a long time, it comes with me.

A screw driver with assorted security bits can be purchased at almost any hardware store now and the size you need will most likely be in that assortment.

A bit touchy aren't you? If you want to leave your $500 plus GPS on your bike secured only by a $.02 screw that's totally up to you. Even with the lock **** it only takes a 7/16" wrench and 30 seconds for it all to be gone. Try chilling a little, life's too short to be blowing up at little chit.
Then again it could be that if you weren't smart enough to figure out on your own how to solve your little screwdriver problem........

I noticed you pi$$ing and whining on the Zumo website too. On this site you say "I like my little screw". On Zumo site you say you ordered one but never received it. Try to keep your stories straight. Spread it around.

I've always wondered why people will ask for advice then turn around and argue with the person trying to help.

If you will read the post and responses, you'll see I got no help, just other opinions.

Well Weasel, looks like neither of us will be getting Christmas gifts this year. I was looking forward to getting one of those little screwdrivers in my stocking.

By the way SMenasco, you probably meant to say "Dale Carnegie". I can't quite figure how his training figures into your rant because they teach Management and Communication Skills, and yes I have attended two of their seminars.

Now, who's this Ralph Carnegie you speak of?
