Funny, this wave thing...riding with a buddy this summer; I'm wearing a nylon HD Heritage jacket and 3/4 helmet on an FXDXT; he's wearing black leather and a german style 1/2 helmet on a Road King and when I'm in front most metrics wave and most HD's don't; when he's in front it's the opposite.....even when stopped, most HD riders have to do a double take (usually the guys on newer bikes...) to figure out what I'm riding is a Harley. Riding in a group of 6 harleys we were followed by a BMW; after a while he decides to pass so I chase his *** to the next town; didn't want to pass him; just keep the heat on him and enjoy some quick miles. Had to wait for eveyone else at the town limits; though. 103 T Sport did good; just don't get no respect from the fellow HD riders. I can live with it.....

he was adjusting his primary chain a few years ago on his Harley with the motor running to get the tension "just right", stuck his hand in and got it cut off. Now his prosthestic hand won't allow him to wave, and he bought a Gold Wing so he wouldn't loose his other hand! Besides, he plumbed the onboard air compressor into the exhaust so it would blow hot air into his riding suit, making him "full of hot air"! I was just trying to get a laugh here, come on guys.

I just had to snap this shot in Virginia City last week at the Street Vibrations run. If you look close at the green building the drainage gutter is directly above the Goldwing parked between two real bikes. I was going to do some photo shop and add water comming out of the gutter and onto the goldwing but I'm not that good. So this is a chance for you avid photo shopers to have some fun.
